The Services offered by RX-Promo LTD ("Vision Online Pharmacy" or "we") include the  Vision Online Pharmacy  website (the "Website"), and any other features, reports, or content offered from time to time by Vision Online Pharmacy (collectively, the "Services").

1.General Conditions

2. Access and usage

3. Property Right

3.1 Except as provided herein, the downloading, retransmission or copying of material on this site is allowed for Users' own use only and no aggregation, redistribution, retransmission, or public redisplay by Users for commercial exploitation is allowed. Failure by User to abide by all copyright and other property notices or restrictions contained in the Services may result in the termination or suspension of access to the Services.

This service and content is available and provided "As Is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for accuracy of information, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with the service.

4.2 Vision Online Pharmacy is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Website or in connection with the Services provided, whether caused by Users of the Services or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Services.

4.3 Vision Online Pharmacy is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any of the Services or combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Users or to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading materials in connection with the Services.

4.4 Under no circumstances will Vision Online Pharmacy be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from use of the Services, attendance at a Vision Online Pharmacy event, from any content posted on or through the Services, or from the conduct of any Users of the Services, whether online or offline.

4.5 Vision Online Pharmacy cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Services.
